2. Data We Process and Purposes
a) Registration: Email address and password (encrypted). Purpose: Provision of the user account. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
b) AI Agent Traces: AeneasSoft processes metadata of AI API calls on behalf of the customer (model, token count, latency, cost, timestamps). Prompts and responses are only stored when Zero Data Retention mode is DISABLED. Retention: 30 days (configurable). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 28 GDPR.
c) Payment Data: Payments are processed via Stripe Inc., certified PCI DSS Level 1. Stripe DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) is in place.
3. Data Processing (Art. 28 GDPR) AeneasSoft processes AI agent data as a data processor for its customers. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request: leonhard.hampe@aeneassoft.com

5. Zero Data Retention Mode In Zero Data Retention mode, prompts and responses of AI agents are not stored. Only metadata (model, token count, latency, cost) is processed. This option is available to all Enterprise customers.
6. Data Retention Account data: until account deletion AI traces: 30 days (default, configurable) Payment data: per Stripe policies Alert history: 30 days
7. Your Rights (Art. 15-21 GDPR) You have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
